　　赵院长向来宾介绍了威海职业学院概况和国家高等示范性高等职业院校项目建设的情况，IBM教育学院王燕青经理介绍了IBM教育学院的教学理念和在全国高校中开展联合办学的情况，马龙局长介绍了威海市的信息化产业建设的情况。与会来宾表示今后要加强合作与交流，争取实现合作发展，共建双赢。赵院长代表威海职业学院，牛雪松经理代表IBM教育学院在联合办学协议书上签字，并向威海职业学院授牌。
